This one is wicked, but the tape corset and top feels a bit much fetish and not adding so much to neither helplessness nor torment. Pain can be adjusted by how much the bar between the legs is hoisted, lifting by the sharp edge through the crotch and stretching the nipples harder and harder. I like the basic simplicity and ingenuity of it, and used in the “right” way, I think it can be pretty hot. With the right person at the hoist controls, I would find it an interesting test ride.
